1. CAN I TAKE PART?
The ResiBuild® High Rise Survey Competition is only open to any legal resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) or EU who is an adult by the laws of their jurisdiction of residence - except where prohibited by law. The Contest and these Official Rules are void in Quebec, Canada and where prohibited by law, and are subject to applicable laws.

2. HOW DO I ENTER?
To enter, you will need to complete the following survey on residential construction trends 2023. One prize winner will be picked at random when the completion ends on 1st January 2023. Only entries received before the end date can be entered into the draw.

Multiple entries by the same individual will be void - apart from their first entry. False or deceptive entries or acts will make the entrant ineligible. People who ignore these Official Rules may no longer be eligible to take part. All entries become the property of ResiBuild® & Sapphire Balconies Ltd.

3. WHAT CAN I WIN?
The prize available is an Apple iPad Air, The Prize Winner will be emailed so that Sapphire Balconies can gather address information, and send the prize to the Prize Winner. The Prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.

All taxes, fees, and other expenses resulting from the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.

4. HOW DO I WIN?
The Prize Winner will be picked by a random drawing from all qualifying entries received.
The odds of winning a prize are approximately 1:1000, with the exact odds dependent on the number of eligible entries received during the prize period. Any Potential Prize Winner who is a resident of Canada must also correctly answer an arithmetical question before they can be declared as a Prize Winner.

5. HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I WON?
The prize winner will be emailed within approximately 4-7 days from the drawing date which is 10th January 2023.

 

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sapphire Balconies and its associated brands/companies reserves the rights to suspend The ResiBuild® Residential Construction Trends 2023 Competition (the “Survey”) at any time without prior notice.
